ALL first-time clients MUST book from the New Client Services section. ⚠️ New clients may choose ONE of TWO options ONLY: • New Client Pixie Maintenance – For clients who already wear a pixie cut and only need maintenance styling. • New Client Pixie Transformation – For clients needing a relaxer, haircut, major shape change, or complete pixie makeover. Service needs will be determined during your appointment. Incorrect bookings may be adjusted or upgraded at check-in. Returning Client Services are for existing clients only. Clients not seen within 6 months must book as New Clients. 🎯 Adults Only. Relaxers are recommended for the sleekest, longest-lasting pixie styles. ‼️ Deposits are non-refundable. 🚫 No guests or children. 👩🏽 Arrive detangled and wig/extension-free (48+ hrs prior). 🕒 No grace period. $20 late fee. 30+ mins late may be canceled. 🚫 No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service total. 🔄 Maximum 2 reschedules. 😷 Coughing = mask required. 💳 Cash, Tap, or Card
