Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Refunds All deposits and payments are non-refundable. 🎥 Content Policy Photos/videos will be taken for documentation or portfolio purposes. ⏰ Late Policy, Cancellations & No-Shows Late = $20 🛑 There is NO grace period! If You Are Not Inside Suite at your Exact Appointment Time, You Are Late!! 🕐 30 minutes late, Your appointment is automatically canceled and the card on file will be charged according to the cancellation policy Cancellations/no-shows within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service or be rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. 🔁 Reschedules Maximum of 2 reschedules/cancellations allowed for any reason. Additional changes may result in denied future bookings. 📵 Phone Use Policy For safety and timing purposes, phone use of any kind (calls, FaceTime, video chat, Social Media, etc..) is not permitted while services are being performed. If phone must be used, the service will pause or end at the stylist’s discretion. Excessive phone use may result in a shortened service or Additional Fee! 😷 Health & Safety If you are coughing for any reason, a mask must be worn for the entire service. If a mask cannot be worn while coughing, the appointment will end and the full service fee will be charged. Masks must remain properly worn (covering nose and mouth) at all times when required. Improper use will be treated as non-compliance, appointment will end and the full service fee will be charged. 💳 Payments Accepted: Cash, Tap or card via GlossGenius only. Not accepted: Zelle. 🚫 Guests & Suite Etiquette No extra guests or children. Respectful communication and energy are required at all times. 💆🏽♀️ Service Readiness Arrive detangled, wig-free, and picture-ready. Relaxers are required for most pixie services unless otherwise noted. 💜 Right to Refuse Service For the safety, health, and comfort of all clients, services may be declined at any time.
